If you visit Cassia’s home office, Receptionist LuAnn Gordon will likely be the first person to greet you. LuAnn joined Cassia in 2019 and has been a sunny presence at the front desk ever since. Before joining Cassia, LuAnn worked in the mortgage business for almost 20 years.

Reaching the age of 100 is a good reason to celebrate—and in the past year, four residents at Cassia’s Hastings Senior Health and Living have done so. Each one has an intriguing story.
Resident Care Aide Gail Worrell has worked at Cassia’s Trinity Springs community in Oxford, Florida for two years, since the community opened. “Gail is a tremendous asset to Trinity Springs,” says Director of Health Services Danielle Murphy. “She is so full of love and life and brings a smile to any occasion. Gail has a passion for music and dancing and you will always find her singing and dancing with others to bring a smile to their faces.

Our third nurse feature this month introduces Licensed Practical Nurse Jessica Abrahamson, who works at Cassia’s Elim Wellspring health care center in Princeton, Minnesota. Jessica has worked at Elim Wellspring for six years on the night shift.
