The Face of Caring – November 2020

In honor of Home Care and Hospice month, Guardian Angels Elim Home Care and Hospice (GAEHC) nominated Registered Nurse (RN) Stephanie Andersen as our November Face of Caring. Stephanie is the Guardian Angels Elim Home Care Intake Coordinator. She has also worked as an RN case manager and an admissions RN. Colleagues say she is always willing to help out—even treating patients to make sure they can fit on the schedule. Stephanie has great rapport with customers and patients and is able to address any issues that occur in a timely manner. She represents our company’s mission, vision and values daily in her work, social and home life. “Stephanie is always willing to help, in or out of the office. Pleasant and friendly always,” says GAEHC Home Care Director Joan Berger, who is also Stephanie’s manager.

“I love the GAEHCH organization because they hold us accountable and provides excellent care to our patients,” Stephanie says. “I love all my co-workers! I like being able to help patients, families and our referral sources with enabling older adults to age in place.
